As-Sami’ — The All-Hearing: السَّمِيعُ
Meaning
Hearing that encompasses every sound, whisper, and unspoken plea at once — 2:127 has Abraham and Ishmael pray "You are the Hearing, the Knowing," and the pair "Hearing, Knowing" recurs throughout. No volume, distance, or simultaneity limits it.
