Al-Basir — The All-Seeing: الْبَصِيرُ

Vision encompassing the hidden and the manifest, the atom and the cosmos — paired with the Hearing in verses like 22:75. Where As-Sami stresses reception of plea, Al-Basir stresses witness of state: nothing performed escapes, nothing endured is unseen.
