Ar-Ra’uf — The Compassionate: الرَّؤُوفُ
Meaning
Tender compassion averting harm before it lands — 2:143: "Allah is to people Compassionate, Merciful," revealed about not wasting prayers offered toward the former qibla. Ra’fah is mercy’s gentlest pitch: care that spares.
